Student Property Income SOCIMI, S.A.U. (“SPI” or “the Company”) is a Spanish real estate firm, specializing in the acquisition and operation of real estate assets dedicated to student housing and young professional across Spain.

The Company owns the largest private freehold student accommodation portfolio in Spain, and assets are managed by Micampus, the sector’s leading student management company.

The portfolio consists of 42 residences located in 17 provinces and major cities across Spain, with a focus on Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia and other major hubs such as Seville, Alicante, Bilbao, Malaga and Pamplona.
